Theft: A bench was stolen and a bird bath was damaged in the 1000 block of Clover Leaf Parkway NE.

Theft: Someone stole mail, urinated in the mailbox and scratched the top of it at a home on the 4800 block of 114th Avenue NE.

Theft: Construction items were stolen from the yard of a home on the 200 block of Lowell Road.

Burglary: Electronics were stolen from a home on the 6500 block of 109th Lane.

Theft: Rims were stolen from a vehicle on the 14700 block of Lake Drive NE.

Arson: A pew was on fire in the sanctuary of Church of the Epiphany, 1900 111 Av. NW.

Theft: A shotgun was stolen from a home on the 11600 block of Yukon Street NW.

JULY 22

Arson: A portable toilet was set on fire at Moor Park, 10921 Magnolia St. NW.

Theft: A man reported his cellphone was stolen from Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park, 9750 Egret Blvd. NW. He set the cellphone down to play with his dog and forgot to pick it up.

Theft: A car stereo and fishing equipment were stolen from an unlocked car in a parking lot on the 12900 block of Riverdale Drive NW.

FRIDLEY

JULY 17

Assist family: Officers assisted a mother and son, both intoxicated, having an argument on the 500 block of 53½ Avenue NE. The son left for the night.

JULY 18

Theft: A woman attempted to push a full cart of merchandise out of Target, 755 53rd Av. NE. Security stopped her and she fled, leaving her purse behind. The suspect was identified and was mailed a citation for theft.

JULY 20

Animal complaint: Officers released four juvenile raccoons that were trapped in a garbage can on the 6400 block of Arthur Street NE.

JULY 22

Child found: A small boy was found in the street on the 6400 Riverview Terrace NE. Officers located the child's mother. He had wandered from the house looking for his older brother.

LEXINGTON

JULY 23

Alcohol violation: A 26-year-old female bartender from Cowboy's Saloon, 3801 Restwood Road, was cited for selling liquor to a minor during a compliance check at the establishment.

JULY 26

Drugs: A 16-year-old boy was arrested for felony drug possession in the 9100 block of South Highway Drive. A 17-year-old girl was later arrested for selling a scheduled drug to a minor on the 8900 block of Jackson Avenue.

MOUNDS VIEW

JULY 26

Underage drinking: Officers responded to at the 2200 block of Buckingham Lane regarding an alcohol-related medical issue. A 17-year-old girl was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol and taken to the hospital.

JULY 28

Assault: Two 17-year-old boys and a 25-year-old man were arrested for fighting and obstructing the legal process at Holiday, 2732 County Road 10.
