A light mist and foggy conditions along with several crashes were enough to tangle traffic during Tuesday's morning rush. But the delays we experienced today may pale in comparison to what might develop later in the week.

A big snowfall is expected on Wednesday and Thursday, so be ready for a long slow drive.

Currently traffic is recovering in most places as traffic volumes have dropped. But we still have areas where drivers are hitting the brakes.

Southbound Hwy. 169 remains heavy from Bass Lake Road to 394 and the Crosstown is busy in both directions between 35W and Hwy. 169.

Westbound 94 is starting to see some improvement, but things still run at 15 minutes from St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.

We have two accidents at the present. You'll find them on southbound Hwy. 100 at 50th Street in Edina and northbound 35E at Diffley Road in Eagan.
