The Rivertown Industrial Center was sold to a Chicago-based firm for $13.4 million.
The 251,000-square-foot distribution center, located at 375 Rivertown Drive, was sold to First Industrial Realty Trust, according to CBRE, which represented the seller, HIgh Street Equity Advisors LLC. High Street is a private equity real estate firm that focuses on institutional properties in the eastern half of the United States (including the Midwest and Texas).
Built in 1997, the Woodbury building is 100 percent occupied by two tenants.
