It's a ladder lying in the lane on the ramp from northbound Hwy. 169 to westbound Hwy. 55 in Golden Valley.
In Brooklyn Center, eastbound 94 traffic creeps along from 57th Avenue to Dowling Avenue. It's the gawker slow down as a crash in the left lane is on the westbound lanes at Dowling.
In Oakdale, traffic comes to a halt on southbound 694 at 40th Street. A wreck at Stillwater Blvd. is the main reason for the tie-up.
Eastbound Hwy. 55 slows west of 494 over to Hwy. 169 due to traffic light congestion.
