Commuters using southbound 35E in the northeast metro are in for a 20-minute delay coming down from the Forest Lake split. A wreck on the right shoulder at County Road 96 is the culprit.
On southbound 35W, it's 20 minutes from Lake Drive down to Hwy. 280. That is the usual congestion that is in place.
The delays have not developed yet on Hwy. 169 through Hopkins and Edina where bridge work has the highway reduced to a single lane from Crosstown to Hwy. 7 in both directions.
