The State Patrol has opened all lanes of Hwy. 100 at 42nd Avenue in Robbinsdale. Southbound lanes had been blocked for nearly an hour as police and fire rescue teams dealt with a person threatening to jump from a bridge.

Traffic is still backed up to I-94, so expect major delays for a while.

Drivers heading south who opted to use I-94 are finding delays of their own. Traffic is stacked up from 42nd Avenue all the way down to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. A crash at LaSalle Avenue is adding to the jam.

On southbound 35W, look for a 20 minute push from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280.

Both 494 and Crosstown through Bloomington and Edina are stop and go between Hwy. 100 and Cedar Avenue. Plan on 15 to 18 minutes there.

That is nothing compared to the drive on westbound 94. Plan on 55 minutes from McKnight Road to 11th Street in downtown Minneapolis.
