After a flurry of crashes and stalls that tied up traffic in downtown Minneapolis, things are settling down.
The trouble was centered in the Lowry Hill Tunnel, with traffic tied up in both directions for about 30 minutes.
At this hour, traffic is moving just fine in the area.
You'll find the heaviest traffic on eastbound Hwy. 62 from Tracy Avenue to 35W. Levels are building on westbound Crosstown from 28th Avenue to Penn.
It's busy on southbound Hwy. 100 from 94 to Hwy. 7. That is 10 minutes.
Word from the patrol is that a stalled vehicle is blocking traffic on southbound Hwy. 169 at 42nd Avenue.
