PORT CHARLOTTE, FLA. -- Twins center fielder Denard Span he'll see a chiropractor today to help with his stiff neck and hopes to be back on the field Tuesday.

Span, who was limited to 70 games last year with concussion and migraine symptoms, said his neck started stiffening up during Saturday's game against the Pirates. He was scratched from the lineup Sunday but planned to take some swings in the batting cage today.

"I've never had a crick in my neck, so this is something different," Span said. "But I definitely don't think it's concussion-related."

Ben Revere will be in center field today, when the Twins face Rays righthander James Shields.
