Traffic slows on northbound I-35 at County 46 in Lakeville and continues to be slow up to the Minnesota River. The slowest stretch is between Burnsville Pkwy. and Cliff Road. Plan on 10 minutes there.
Ahead, things flow fairly well all the way to downtown Minneapolis.
We have a few places where drivers are hitting the brakes, including westbound Hwy. 36 from Dale Street over to Cleveland Avenue.
Look for congestion on southbound 35W from County Road 10 to 694 through the north metro. Traffic also is very slow on 694 in both directions from University Avenue over to Hwy. 252.
