A crash on westbound 94 at 7th Street in St. Paul has the right shoulder blocked, but that is enough to cause a back up all the way to 694. It's 35 minutes from Woodbury Drive to downtown St. Paul.
On the eastbound side, look for a wreck on the left shoulder at Wabasha Street in the commons.
A crash on eastbound 694 at Lexington Avenue has cleared, but the back up remains with slow and go traffic from Central Avenue past the scene.
Most major arteries in the north and east metro are seeing sizeable delays. Plan on an extra 10 to 20 minutes just about everywhere.
