Med-tech company Vascular Solutions Inc. said in a securities filing this week that it has agreed to acquire a 71,500-square-foot office building in Maple Grove for $8 million. The seller was Dayhu Investments.
The building, located at 6401 Sycamore Court, is adjacent to the company's principal offices and manufacturing facility. The company will occupy about 23,900 square feet upon closing, which is slated for Dec. 1. The space will be used for general office use. The rest of the space will be leased to current tenants.
Vascular Solutions makes devices that are used in coronary and peripheral vascular procedures.
