Kelsey, Todd 60, of Savage, passed away on June 27, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald & Verna; and brother, Dave. He is survived by his wife, Cindy; children, Tim (Jill) Kelsey, Emily (Chris) Moore, Katie (Jess) Hertwig, & Ben Kelsey; 8 grandchildren, Keegan & Chloe Kelsey; Sam, Joey & Aly Moore; Taylor, Ryan & Luke Hertwig; brothers, Gregg (Judy) & Kirk (Val); 14 brothers & sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 11 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4625 W. 125th St., Savage. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 1, at St. John the Baptist Church from 5-8 PM and for one hour prior to Mass at the church on Thursday.
