As a coach: Yeo coached the Houston Aeros, the Wild's chief developmental affiliate, to the second-best record (46-28-6) in the Western Conference. The Aeros advanced to the Calder Cup finals, where they lost in six games to the Binghamton Senators. He also was an assistant for five years in Pittsburgh.
Personal: Yeo and his wife, Tanya, have a daughter, Braeden (14), and a son, Kyler (12).
