Two freshmen from different parts of North America, stepped up big for St. Cloud State on Friday night.

While many of you slept, the Huskies got behind 3-0 at the University of Alaska at Anchorage, but somehow still won 4-3 in overtime. The Seawolves scored three goals on their first eight shots of the game and it looked bleak for the visitors and their goalie, Ryan Faragher.

But Faragher stopped every other shot -- he only needed to make 15 saves -- and two freshmen did the rest.

Jimmy Murray, who is from Darien, Ill., scored his second and third goals of the season for SCSU. His second goal, 33 seconds into the third period, got the Huskies within 3-2.

Then David Morley, with 2:36 left in the game, tied the score on his first goal in the 10 games he has played. He is from Richmond Hills, Ontario.

Murray won it at 2:36 of the extra period with his second goal of the game.

Johnny Brodzinski had the first SCSU goal in the second period.

The Huskies' comeback kept UAA winless at 0-4-3 in the WCHA this season.
