Motorists are experiencing gridlock on westbound Hwy. 110 due to road work that has the highway down to a single lane. Backups to Delaware Avenue are reported.
Northbound 35E is all of a sudden gotten quite busy. Speeds are below the posted and drivers will encounter pockets of slow and go traffic from I-494 up to St. Clair Avenue. Plan on 23 minutes.
Northbound 35W is filling in from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. That is running at about 10 to 12 minutes.
On westbound 610, look for slow conditions from University Avenue across the Mississippi River Bridge, and on southbound Hwy. 252 down to Humboldt Avenue.
