Commuters on southbound 35W are experiencing some big delays in the north metro. Congestion is firmly in place from Lake Drive down to County Road 96. A wreck at County Road I is not helping matters.
Ahead, a wreck at 4th Street has traffic creeping along from Hwy. 280 down to I-94. It's about 30 minutes from 95th Avenue to downtown St. Paul.
Drivers in the south metro on 35W heading north are having a much easier commute. Only a minor slow down from Hwy. 13 up to 98th Street is hampering the drive. Ahead, things look good with only pockets of heavy traffic from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis.
